I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I abide by their codes of ethics.
I have extensive experience in building relationships and providing support to people in a wide range of settings. My previous career was in a fast-paced business environment, so I am also aware of the potential stresses and anxieties that happen in the workplace.
