My aim is to offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to discuss whatever issues are affecting you.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Brighton.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I abide by their codes of ethics.
I have extensive experience in building relationships and providing support to people in a wide range of settings. My previous career was in a fast-paced business environment, so I am also aware of the potential stresses and anxieties that happen in the workplace.
I hold professional indemnity insurance, and a current DBS certificate in working with vulnerable adults and children.
My practice is LGBT affirmative.
